Not one of the easiest to use. I’ve used other tax prep software in the past and wanted to try TurboTax again. The interview questions were not clear and required some searching to figure out what they were looking for. Perhaps I know too much about taxes since I answer tax prep questions for a living. I had a hard time figuring out where to enter the information I knew had to be entered. It was much better than doing taxes manually but took longer than I usually take do to the uncertainty of what was being asked. Perhaps it would have been a different story if I had not chosen the I know what I need to enter option. I did not go back and start over to choose that option to see if it would have been any clearer.
