I use H&R Block tax software year after year. This would be my 5th or 6th year using it. Normally, I’m pretty satisfied with it and it does a fine job of catching all possible write offs, but this year, I could not find a place to deduct sales tax for large purchases (i.e. a car) in the questionnaire portion. I knew it should be in there because I had done it before. I had to search the forms and find it on the tax sheet. If someone did not know to look for it, they would have missed out on a potentially large deduction. Other than that one miss, it did have places for all my other deductions. Will continue to use, but don’t miss that one!
