I am not the smartest guy in the world but I can usually get a program like this to run, but this one was difficult. It kept stopping midway through installation. It was very frustrating. Once I got it working it kept crashing. I call the maker’s CS department but got no help. Finally, somehow, I got it to work.

All in all, not a bad program. I was able to enter the family history that we know about and then search for more. Still, it was more work that I anticipated and overall a mediocre experience.
