What to say about ‘Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 2011’… Starting with the basics, this program is designed to make your drawing experience with your electronic tablet easier! The installation took no time at all and I didn’t notice any changes in the running of my Mac at all! Now, for my purposes, I don’t actually own a tablet. I was hoping this came with something that would work similar, but it is, alas, only software. Some programs loose me with the opening screen. ‘Sketchbook Pro’ didn’t! It’s interface is actually quite easy to understand and it didn’t take me long at all to catch on!nnWithout the tablet, I have still found some great uses for this program.
-First off, anyone who has ever enjoyed doing ‘graffiti’ type art in basic art programs, will love all tools this program allows you to use. You have a whole slew of brushes for you to use, with varying thicknesses.n-It also has the ability to create layers! This is one of the features I really like, as it’s the only program I’ve found where I’ve actually understood how to work with the layer function!n- It has editing functions, such as saturation, color balance, greyscale, brightness, and the ability to crop. I’ve edited a lot of photographs using these tools and have had great success!nnAs far as how this works with a tablet, I don’t know. This program is, however, great when it comes to art tools, design manipulation, and editing functions. If you draw or edit drawings on your computer, you’ll want to check this out!
