CorelCAD by Matt Hausig

I haven’t used much CAD software before but enough to recognize that CorelCAD is neither the worst nor the best of the bunch. The interface isn’t the easiest to use or the most powerful but it’s fairly smooth and capable.

The lack of documentation is a serious drawback and will hinder those who don’t have some experience with CAD already. The big positive is the very low price of the software relative to its feature set.

Overall, this is a good budget CAD program for someone with enough experience to avoid the initial steep learning curve. Those who are complete beginners or who want advanced 3D functionality should look elsewhere.
