Sketchbook Pro software is great. This was a gift to a user of the software for years and this software never seizes to amaze. However, when I first received the item it was in opened packaging. This means there was no seal on the CD case and the serial number was clearly printed on the back. This is extremely unusual for software of any kind. I promptly told Amazon about it and they sent me another copy. However, the next copy arrived in the same condition. I honestly do not know if that is how it is sold in stores, but either way that is not right for the consumer. Software should arrived both (1) sealed and (2) with the serial number properly hidden. Otherwise, it is too easy for others to copy and return or use the serial number you purchased. I usually do not comment on packaging, but in this case I do feel that it is warranted.
