Paperport 14 was great until windows 10 arrived in the middle of the night. Then PP stopped working. Tried reinstalling but that did not work. Found an on-line source which indicated that version 14.5 was available to download (not from Nuance) so I tried that. It worked for a few months. Then it stopped again. Called Nuance tech service and the person said to delete certain lines in config.sys; did so and again started working. Now the program will not even open. I don’t know whether the program sucks or whether Microsoft has upgraded 10 again. When it works, it is unbeatable; but when it doesn’t work, bad words happen.
