First, I ran it for one month. It seemed to be fine, nothing unusual. Then I did get a problem that was similar but not nearly as bad as one of the other reviews. I had some boot problems, and when I contacted customer support,they gave me easy to follow instructions as well as an update and no more problems seemed to occur. I kept it for a year, until my subscription was up, and went to the free Norton Antivirus Suite that Comcast gives their customers. Overall, did a good job. Not cheap, though.
