I have a very small business, so I thought this product would be a great way to improve my (basically, hand-done) accounting. I just think I bit off more than I could handle with this software. I did not find it user-friendly and encountered several problems when trying to use it which seemed to be due to some operating system incompatibilities with my Windows 7 computer. So, unfortunately, after a while, I just gave up. Having used many different types of software products over the years, I must say that this package did not impress me with its ease of use. To be fair, the product itself was more complex and robust than it needed to be for my own simple needs, so much of my lack of using it had to do with that issue, also.
