There is nothing in this package that cannot be accomplished with TaxAct.

The only reason I stay with TurboTax is sheer passivity. (Laziness.) Over the years, I have already added all of the information to the program, from employers to assets and income, so that I basically only need to enter the numerical information. The only work is in gathering the information. There was a time when ONLY Turbo Tax worked with Macs. That is not true any more.

This year, I have to spend a carpload of time arguing with them as well because they have made all of the schedules more expensive by putting the basic schedules in a more expensive package. I received an email telling them that once I have purchased the Home & Business model, then I can apply for a $25 rebate. NOT A CHANCE. They have turned this into a fiasco for customers.
