Review by James Beswick
This software is easy to install and doesn’t take long to understand the functionality if you have a low-to-average grasp of accounting principles. The software guides you through all the steps needed to set up your company and while you’re not likely to use all the features, it works equally well even for basic usage. Compared with the 2014 version, this is a major upgrade in both the UI and feature set and a definite step forward. If you’ve found QuickBooks to be too complex and cumbersome for a business with average complexity, the Sage option is a good alternative and will fit the needs of the average user. I particularly like the way the software helps in the set up process, which is typically the most common point of failure in much accounting software I’ve used.
