East to install. They will release more updates after the beginning of the year. But so far, it has been easy to do my taxes and I am just waiting for the final updates. I have rental properties, sale of stocks, carryover losses, sale of a rental property—and this product handles it all. I am not sure what the advantage is to purchasing the platinum version. I have bought it in the past but never have felt that it offered me anything that this version didn’t—so I happily save the money.

Highly recommend H&R block tax software. I have used competitors in the past but didn’t feel like they were as user friendly for my situation.
