For many basic forms, this is a good tool. It tells you state by state what formality is required in executing a will, a financial power of attorney, a healthcare power of attorney, etc., so it is not too generic. If you need something complicated in a will, such as a trust for a child, you probably want to employ an attorney, but the WillMaker Plus is good for basic documents with an easy, answer-the-questions approach.
