While this will not replace legal help with a will and/or living trust it does provide a starting point so you can at least assign a legal guardian for your kids. If you are familiar with Intuits other product like turbo tax then you will have an idea how the software walks you through the process by asking you various questions. You can spread your assets to various people and when you are done you can print it out and the document notarized.

I would not recommend using WillMaker for a living trust. You are provided access to Nolo’s online access for living trust but living trust are more complicated and it would be best to seek legal advice.

We used it strictly for naming a legal guardian and distribution of our assets in event of a death.

I gave it 5 stars because of the value it provides and the ease of use.
