I had it in use for a SOLID THREE YEARS without even a hiccup. I had a headset w/mic that I used for work, on a daily basis, and this item was a charm and one of the best small investments I made; Once connected I never gave it a second thought. The only reason it’s not in use any longer is I no longer have the device I used it with.
