Norton Utilities 16 can test and improve performance of up to 3 PCs of 1 user. It allows real-time system monitoring. All of the descriptions are written in everyday, simple language. However, it is lacking a one-click cleaning, a health meter, and descriptions of utilities that improve on those coming with Windows. Slightly inferior to the Iolo System Mechanic, but does the job well.
