I had some old VHS home movies I was hoping to make digital copies of to preserve the memories in a more lasting format. This software appeared to be the answer. Unfortunately installation is marred by error messages. Even when you get it installed trying to get a decent looking image out of the software is painful. This isn’t nearly as user friendly as it claims. You’re better off taking your VHS to a local restoration shop and paying the extra to have it done right.
