No need to pay for this when the free version is available on the web. I used the free version of TurboTax to prepare a 1040EZ, and a basic return is all that you can prepare with this paid version without having to upgrade, so save your money and use the free version. The free version was easy to use and resulted in a higher return than I was expecting, so I was quite pleased with it. I was going to use the free version of TaxAct for comparison purposes, but was never able, not even after multiple tries, to successfully register with the TaxAct website, so I don’t recommend that one,
