Worked as it was supposed to work. I was able to do the upgrade without affecting my programs or data files. The Virtual XP worked quite well and made my transition to Win7 easy. I no longer need the virtual XP, but really appreciated it when I needed the transition. Some of the advanced features of the Win Pro version with respect to networking are quite useful. Altogether, a very useful upgrade
