I did have to call customer service as the Quicken 2016 software would not install. Fortunately, the customer service rep was able to figure out the problem and I was able to finish the install. It works as advertised. I have been using Quicken for over 15 years and find it very reliable. Most problems I have had have to do more with operating system errors. I am using windows 10 and Quicken 2016t works well.
