The product is what it is. But, Microsoft has made tracking the download link all but impossible to find. After 15 minutes, I found a support number. I feared that I would be connected with an Indian call center, but was pleasantly surprised … the Central American agent was very pleasant and helpful.

Still, my beef with Microsoft is the ridiculous difficulty associated with their software. Had my wife been able to get by with OpenOffice or LibreOffice, I would have gladly avoided the hassle and $90 expense.
