I really don’t see any true improvement in this version of Paint Shop Pro. In fact, if you have not invested in a huge monitor, you may find the user interface is too cluttered to be useful. The Organizer palette is really unnecessary and it won’t get out of the way.

A lot of the new features are just things you could do anyway in older versions of PSP, but with new names.

It’s still a powerful program, but the UI has taken a turn for the worse. My opinion is, don’t bother to upgrade if you have an older version.
