Normally works great for me, but this year the state part had a glitch. So I reloaded , and still had to override the tax table figures, I played around with it all day!!, so that meant it wouldn’t E-FILE, so I had to figure what, and how to print, drive to town, and mail (certified), followed the tracking at USPS.com to find out what should have been overnight delivery took 6 days. Miss delivered to wrong post office sub-station where it laid for 4 days. Now my refund that I would have gotten in a few days will probably take weeks waiting for a check in the mail. The federal part was fine. I quit using Turbo-Tax due to big problems with their software 2 years in a row. Maybe next year will be better. Just remember the computer is your friend, and it’s only as smart as the humans who input what it knows. TRUST,but VERIFY everything.
